How much you lose and how fast depends on your specific circumstances and current weight, most patients lose weight within the first two weeks and continue to reduce their weight as they continue though our program. Adding exercise to your routine can also help speed up your rate of weight loss.
How long do I have to stay on the program?
Usually care plans range from 1-2 months to as long as 4-6 months. The length of time you stay on any weight loss program depends on which program you are on, how much weight you need to lose and how motivated you are! Weight loss is never a "quick fix." The goal is to not only take off the weight, but to establish healthy eating habits you can follow for the rest of your life. We have helped patients lose (and keep off) as little as 10-15 pounds, or as much as 150+ pounds! With the right team, which includes YOU, anything is possible!
